Visionary art is defined as art which seeks to transcend the physical realms in order to depict a broader scope of the universe. This collection consists of my various attempts to contribute to this mission and results from my own experiences of exploration.
This piece reflects the euphoric and painful experience of deep transformation. From one form another is created, and the cycle never ends.

Inspired by the Modest Mouse song “Tiny Cities Made of Ashes,” this painting depicts the relationship between smokers and cigarettes.

Created in 2018 at the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors (CoSM) during a Visionary Intensive workshop with Alex & Allyson Grey. This piece and workshop was activating seed that sparked the Spiritscapes continuing series.
This painting is inspired by the firey nature of spiritual activation & the archetype of the phoenix. The fire spirit walks along her path of coals, dancing into her new, enlightened being.

All mushrooms are magical. Mycelium networks create an underground network, and often all we see is the fruit (body) of their labor. Just as the queens of various nations have their own energy and persona, so do the queens of the variety of mushroom species depicted here.

Inspired by the Reishi (Ganoderma lingzhi) mushroom, commonly used for immune health.
